Cassidy began teaching Yoga in 2017. After being raised in the fast-paced world of Southern California, Yoga taught her how to slow down, listen to her body, and breathe. She saw the healing ability Yoga carries and felt called to do her best to share that with others. While her training is primarily in Vinyasa, her classes move at a slower pace so students can connect deeper to themselves & their breath. She typically incorporates sound healing and/or Mantra to draw awareness inward, and quiet the mind. Cassidy aims to help students develop a deeper connection to themselves and their surroundings, finding a true state of Yoga — union with both the inner and outer world.
