Gentle to moderate hatha practice that allows the student to open, move
and release tension, stiffness, and negative energy. Incorporates easeful movement that intertwines breath to allow for release, expansion, energetic centering, and bliss.Anchored in the 8 limbs of yoga in a reflective class that encourages students towardapplying yama and niyama outside of the physical asana practice.
All levels adaptable
Grounding breath and movement experience that encourages therapeuticrelease. Facilitates a transition to evening relaxation and tranquil sleep.
Class begins with pranayama, encouraging the students to focus inward. Guiding
reflection & awareness to recognize & identify the energies to release. We utilize
pranayama, asana, and pratyahara in the first part of class with the intention of moderatetapas to encourage release. The last part of class transitions to longer holds in restorativeposes and breath to allow students to melt into deep relaxation.
