Many things can get in the way of a good night's sleep. Evening yoga is a great way to prepare your mind and body for rest. Each class will include breath work (prāṇāyāma), slow gentle movements, and various yin and restorative yoga postures. We focus on finding stillness and conscious rest to discharge the physical, mental, and emotional holdings of the day, to reduce stress and calm the nervous system, leaving you feeling elevated and blissful.


Each person will be encouraged to connect to their body, mind, and spirit through movement and breath, focusing on listening inward and giving the Self what it needs throughout each class. Each class will end with a long, deep relaxing śavāsana with sound bowls, chimes, and a symphonic gong. This practice is valuable to everyone and suitable for all levels, including those working with injuries. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed, and all levels are welcome.
