This class is a complete and mindful yoga practice to ground, open, restore, energize, and cleanse. It includes...

  • Mantra: This is a repeated sound or phrase to support meditation

  • Kriya: Kriya means "action" in Sanskrit, and can be a cleansing or yogic exercise

  • Āsana: These are the postures that most people recognize as being yoga

  • Yoga nidra: Nidra means "sleep" and aims to achieve a state of deep awareness

  • Meditation: Meditation is unbroken concentration, reached in a variety of ways

Tailored for all yogis, surfers, and athletes, this is a practice for a post-surf-session recovery as well as revitalization for desk workers.

Take a midday break and come move, stretch, breathe, and meditate. As with all classes, please bring any available props and an open mind.
