Wednesday 3:30pm-4:45 with Desiree
Thursday 9:30am-10:45 with Mai
Vinyāsa is typically an energizing practice that includes fluid transitions between āsana (postures). Classes incorporate mindful breathing, dynamic movements and static holds of asana, as well as integration of yoga philosophy principles. Every practice will end with a śavāsana and/or meditation.
