Erin was introduced to yoga and meditation early in life. While meditation captured her interest from the start, her love of movement and asana developed gradually. She began teaching in 2009, following her first 200-hour teacher training in 2008. Since then, she’s completed multiple 200-hour programs and explored a wide range of yoga styles including Anusara, Ashtanga, Bikram, Dharma Mittra, Jivamukti, and Vinyasa. Her teaching is most deeply shaped by the Iyengar lineage and the guidance of Ana Forrest. Erin holds advanced certifications in Forrest Yoga and adaptive yoga with Matthew Sanford.
With a background in psychology and as a licensed mental health counselor, Erin brings a holistic lens to her classes. Her teaching blends physical intensity with emotional inquiry—offering sequences and themes designed to cultivate embodied presence, self-awareness, and connection. Expect a mix of deep work and playful exploration, always grounded in compassion and a commitment to inner growth.
