In this gentle hatha yoga practice, you will be offered therapeutic modifications to common yoga postures. This class includes a slower paced series of standing and seated postures, as well as relaxation and meditation. Incorporating breathwork and mindfulness throughout the practice, we aim to deepen an inner awareness, understanding, and purpose of yoga. This class is valuable for all ages and levels of practitioners. Please bring props if you have them (blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters).
