Forrest Yoga was created by Ana Forrest to meet the physical and emotional demands of modern life. Known for its deep, transformative sequences, this practice invites you to connect with your body, build strength, and explore your physical and emotional edges—safely and with intention. While the practice can be challenging, it’s accessible to all and welcomes every body to experience the healing power of yoga.
In these classes, we’ll approach yoga as a full-spectrum wellness system. Physically, you’ll experience a thoughtful balance of strength and release, with an emphasis on alignment and long holds. Core activation will be a consistent focus, supporting your journey toward advanced postures with curiosity, mindfulness, and care. Throughout, breath will guide the way—awakening feeling, enhancing clarity, and deepening your inner connection.
This class is open to all levels. What’s most important is a willingness to feel deeply and respond truthfully. If you're pregnant, menstruating, injured, or would like support adapting your practice, please inform the teacher before class. Bring any props you have—two blocks, a blanket, and a strap are excellent tools to start with.
