This class balances different āsana practice styles: vinyāsa and restorative/yin. The first half of the class will be a flow that warms and strengthens the body, and then class will slow down and cool the body using a variety of yin- and restorative-influenced postures focused on the full body.


Join to nourish the physical, and promote a balanced environment for the mind and body to recharge. This practice will also focus on mindset and learning to be kind to ourselves as we strive for balance in our lives. This class will nourish the relationship we have with the journey of connecting us further to ourselves.
