This invigorating practice combines the fluid, fiery pace of vinyāsa yoga and breathing practices with the technique of Pilates and intelligence of fascial lines. The practice is a highly dynamic experience that builds strength and flexibility while regenerating tissue and recharging the nervous system. If you’ve been at a plateau in your yoga practice, are looking to repair and train during the off-season, or have aches and pains, this practice will support you to feel strong, light and balanced in your body and spirit.
