It’s hump-day, and this is your Wednesday flow to realign and finish the week strong.


This class offers an opportunity to explore the relationship to the body and how we move, facing discomfort, seeking growth and cultivating presence. Each class is a blend of vinyāsa and deep relaxation, creating balance to help you physically relieve tension and calmly nourish your nervous system.

Bring your yoga mat and any props you like to use for your personal practice. All levels of practitioners are welcomed.
