This class is a mix of restorative yoga, Pilates, Iyengar, Chi gong, flow and whatever is appropriate for the student, followed by a deep relaxing śavāsana. Cab focuses on alignment to create a safe and effective practice. This is a great class for those with injuries and anyone who wants to build strength through better technique.
