This 30-minute class is user-friendly for all community members walking into the market. You can expect some gentle seated postures and breath work, plus a few standing and balancing āsana. Although catering to kūpuna, this class can benefit all ages and levels and is a great intro to yoga for any newcomers. It's a quick practice to reset and reconnect.
