Donation Based Yoga

Emily Meersand Russum is an Oahu-based yoga teacher and retreat leader whose life has been transformed and elevated in every way through the practice and teachings of yoga. Emily's yoga practice and teaching style is derived from yoga trainings all over the world, with her main teachings coming from her 10+ years in San Francisco studying and practicing with her teachers Janet Stone and Stephanie Snyder. She is passionate about sharing her love of a well-rounded and balanced yoga practice through her teachings of both powerful vinyasa classes and now as a new mama: gentle and fun mama & me classes. She is E-RYT through the Yoga Alliance, has assisted and lead multiple teacher trainings, and leads yoga and surf retreats all over the world, from Sri Lanka to Bali. 

Along with retreats, Emily also offers classes at the North Shore Yoga CoOp, online virtual classes, as well as free Youtube on-demand classes.
